Found to the east of Downtown Jacksonville and to the west of The Beaches, Seven Pines Island offers a prime location. It’s found right on the Intracoastal Waterway between Atlantic Boulevard and Beach Boulevard. 

The location of this community is about 25 miles from the Jacksonville International Airport. It’s located about 5 miles from Jacksonville Beach and it’s found about 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville.
