I have lived in Jacksonville since 2003. I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years which gives me a well rounded knowledge in all aspects of real estate. I started as a mortgage broker in 2004 closing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and hard money loans for over 6 years. I have invested in real estate for 11 years buying and selling over 1,000 properties right here in northeast Florida. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 6 years. I can navigate all accepts of a real estate transaction with my buyers and sellers. From financing, home inspections, home repairs, and the appraisal process.

Personal: I am a married mother of two children 16 and 11. We live on the water in Isle Palms, my family enjoys fishing, diving , and leisure boating on our 34 Yellowfin, “Bellas Breeze” named after our beloved family dog Bella who enjoyed the boat as much as we do. I have lived in four waterfront homes in Northeast Florida giving me knowledge of the St Johns River, Julington Creek, intracoastal and saltwater canals.

I’m a Jacksonville native, yes it’s true, we exist! Being apart of my families local gym business has taught me a lot, but what it really has shown me is how happy it truly makes me to not only be apart of someone’s journey in reaching their goals, but to be that lifelong friend they gain out of taking the steps to better themselves. Seeing this happen right before my eyes many times has truly made an impact on me.
